Catering Policies


For catering services, please place orders on line using our CaterTrax Catering system. This is mandatory as these will be the only forms accepted.


Late Charges will be incurred when catering orders are placed less than 24 business hours or by Noon the day prior (whichever is sooner). Such orders are subject to substitution. When a catering request is received with less than 24 hour notice, a $25.00 late fee will be assessed and included on the catering invoice.


Overtime dollars will be added to the catering invoice if service is required beginning at 3:00 pm or if service is required on weekends or on a Track A Friday Off. Any customer requesting this service will be notified immediately of the additional charges to allow for the opportunity to reschedule the event. Overtime charge is $45.00/man hour, or infraction of. Each order includes 1 delivery and 1 pickup. Any orders that request a later pickup after arrival shall be subject to additional $15.00 charge. This does not include any Overtime.


Wait staff charges will be added to the catering invoice when the event requires plated service or any other requirement of a wait staff. Any customer that requests this service will be notified immediately that additional charges will be incurred to allow the opportunity to change the service level. These charges will be on the invoice.


Catering prices, as listed on the catering website, are for buffet service only. Plated service will be at an additional cost.


Delivery charges will be applied to all catering order for Palo Alto. The delivery charge is $45.00. All deliveries to Palo Alto must meet a $100.00 minimum that does not included the $45.00 fee.


No additional labor charges will be applied to any catering event without prior approval and understanding by the customer. Once approved by the customer, documentation will be attached to the catering invoice.


Cancellation Fees: Any order cancelled the day of the event will be charged the full catering invoice. Any order cancelled less than 24 hours preceding the event will be charged 15% of the total invoice. This excludes custom or special orders. Custom and special orders must cancelled 72 business hours prior.
